Taylor Funeral Home) Dawn J. Jennings, 47, of Arnold, died March 21 at Anne Arundel Medical Center. (From John M. Taylor Funeral Home) Francis "Frank" Bryson, 79, of Grasonville, died March 18 in Annapolis.  Bryson worked as an engineer on transistor systems for the Apollos pace programs. (From John M. Taylor Funeral Home) Charlotte Brooks Lindsley, 66, of Annapolis, died March 16 from a long-standing respiratory illness resulting from radiation treatment she received at age 18, which saved her life at the time. (From John M.
