What would you do if you were in a cycling accident? Five tips for creating a accident plan.
Cycling is a dangerous sport. There are no two ways about it. We can take steps to make it safer—wear our helmets, obey the rules of the road, ride with a cycling club like Annapolis Bicycle Club or one of the organized group rides at Bike Doctor or Parvilla Cycles and Multi-sports. But if you plan to become a cyclist on a regular basis, you will eventually crash. This weekend, three of my friends had crashes in three separate incidents.
