Police said someone stole a Lexus from the driveway of a home in Annapolis sometime Saturday night or early Sunday morning. An unknown suspect took a green 2008 Lexus RX350 SUV from the driveway of a home in the unit block of Danielle Court between 7:30 p.m. on Saturday and 7:30 a.m. on Sunday. Police said the spare key for the car may have been taken from the unsecured vehicle during an unreported theft that occurred on Feb. 25. The car has a MD license plate number of 957M228.

An unknown suspect faces charges for reportedly stealing a car from a parking lot on Newtowne Drive.
Annapolis police charged a yet-to-be-named suspect in connection with a car theft in the 700 block of Newtowne Drive on Sunday. The owner reported a 2000 Dodge Intrepid missing on Sunday at about 8 a.m., saying the car was parked in the lot across from the apartment on Saturday night. The owner also told police someone stole the car in October, but returned it later, so it was never reported as stolen. The owner said the car was returned with no damage and nothing was taken, according to the police report. Police found the car and charged the suspect later on Sunday.

The red Porsche was parked in front of a home on Bank Street in Annapolis.
A red, 1986 Porsche 911 that was parked in front of a residence in the 900 block of Bank Street was stolen some time during the last month, according to Annapolis police. The car's owner reported the car missing on Thursday, but he told police he has been out of the country for work since Oct. 8. The license plate is 04604Z. The owner told police he still has all the keys to the car, and there were no signs of tampering outside the home.
