UPDATE: 1 Dead, 1 Injured After Shooting in Robinwood Community
Annapolis police say one man has died and one woman is in critical condition in a double shooting that occurred Wednesday evening.
UPDATE (11:15 a.m.)—A man is dead and a woman is in critical condition after a shooting occurred in the 1400 block of Tyler Avenue on Wednesday evening, according to Annapolis Police. Officers responded to a residence in the Robinwood community around 9:15 p.m. for a report of shots fired. Once inside the home, police reported finding two people. Paramedics pronounced Joseph Louis Johnson III, 33, of Brooklyn, MD, dead at the scene. Maryland State Police flew a 31-year-old Annapolis woman by helicopter to the University of Maryland's Shock Trauma Center in Baltimore with life-threatening injuries.
