Annapolis Woman Dies After Crash in Odenton
Police are seeking the driver of a four-door Chevrolet Silverado truck who left the scene after the crash.
A 27-year-old Annapolis woman died from injuries sustained in a crash Sunday night on Annapolis Road in Odenton, according to Anne Arundel County police. Danielle Stitely, of 53-½ Cornhill St., died at the Maryland Shock Trauma Center in Baltimore, according to a police press release issued Monday morning. The driver of the other car involved in the accident reportedly fled the scene. Battalion Chief Steve Thompson of the Anne Arundel County Fire Department said the crash happened at about 8:20 p.m. Sunday at the 1100 block of Annapolis Road. There were two vehicles involved: a four-door Chevrolet Silverado truck and a Lexus sedan.
