Wild Willy’s Sold, Will Become British Pub

The popular live music venue and sports bar on Somerville Road announced it was bought by Union Jacks on Monday.

Wild Willy's Rock House & Sports Saloon near the Annapolis Towne Centre at Parole will be closing its doors, according to a press release. The restaurant's owner, Willy Koutroumpis, announced the sale of his Annapolis location to Union Jacks, a British pub-style bar and restaurant on Monday. “We want to thank all of our loyal customers, employees and supporters," Koutroumpis said in the release. "We have really enjoyed being a part of the Annapolis business community for almost a decade. Union Jacks is a great fit for the space and location, so we feel it is a win-win for everyone.
