As the holiday season approaches, Patch will be visiting area businesses to get a sense of what they have to offer for holiday shoppers looking to save, spend or splurge on gifts. Who are you frequenting for Small Business Saturday on Nov. 24?
In anticipation of Small Business Saturday, Annapolis Patch has put together a list of Facebook pages for small businesses around the city. Know a really great Facebook page missing from the list? Tell us in the comments section. The following list is in no particular order.
The Annapolis Business Association will pass out 200 gift cards to people who shop at three small businesses on Saturday.
People who spend money in three downtown Annapolis businesses on Saturday will be eligible for a $25 gift card from the Annapolis Business Association. "Shoppers will simply bring their receipt to the pocket park [at 122 Main St.] and collect their $25 American Express Shop Small Gift Card," said Sean O'Neill, the association's president. “We will start at 11 a.m. and go until all the gift cards are gone.” The association was one of 100 organizations nationwide that received the cards as part of a package from U.S. Chamber of Commerce. Small Business Saturday is Nov. 24 and local businesses in Annapolis are offering the following deals to customers. In addition to the savings below, the Annapolis Business Association will be out in the pocket park at 122 Main St. passing out $25 gift cards to anyone who shows three receipts from downtown small businesses.
