St. Anne's Camp Annapolis Kicks Off Summer

And everything's coming up roses—or at least, peppers.

To a kid, few things could be better than playing in the dirt. Except maybe planting stuff in the dirt and that's exactly what one group of St. Anne's Camp Annapolis campers got to do last week. What could be better than being able to get dirty and see the fruits or veggies or flowers of your labor? "Garden Week" was the week's theme at the camp for pre-schoolers through third graders. "The campers took a trip to Bru-Mar Gardens where they met with some staff members to learn about planting flowers and growing vegetables," Caitlin Reiss, director of communications for St. Anne's School of Annapolis, said in an email.
