While the Navy's precision flying team continued performing at some shows after sequestration was announced, they had cancelled a number of other appearances. 2. Annapolis Police Use Decoy Vehicles to Combat Rash of Thefts The Annapolis Police Department has made some progress in the growing threat of vehicle thefts. On Thursday, the department announced that five men have been charged with four thefts from vehicles. No. 1—Chipotle Applies For Liquor License Downtown Chipotle is asking the city for permission to serve beer and margaritas as part of its new location at 36 Market Space. This would be the first chain restaurant to obtain a liquor license in the city because Annapolis' rules require at least one licensee to be a resident.
