Frank is currently the guest editor of Broadneck Patch while the search for a permanent editor continues. He's been reporting for Patch sites in Anne Arundel County since May 2011, primarily covering school board and council meetings for the region.

Prior to moving to Annapolis, Frank worked as the lead reporter, web editor, copy editor, video editor at The Dickson Herald in Dickson, TN.

Frank is the recipient of numerous press awards and graduated from Western Carolina University in Cullowhee, NC.
