Monica Jordan will lead a guided meditation that will help us bring mindfulness into our everyday life. Regardless of circumstances, we can always tap into our inner power and develop emotional self-regulation and equanimity to see every situation as an opportunity for growth. Monica has taught  mindfulness for 16 years and has created 15 courses, in English and Spanish, on healing and meditation. She is the founder of Embrace Mindfulness: Resources for Conscious Living.
