Anne Arundel Songwriter/Producer Joshua Long is set to host a highly anticipated single release party for his latest track, "Liberation." The event will occur on September 23rd, 2023 at 7:00 p.m. at the Unitarian Church of Annapolis.

This not-to-be-missed celebration will showcase Long's dedication to environmentalism and highlight the importance of faith in prioritizing the fight against climate change.

Written as a part of Joshua’s Master of Divinity capstone project, "Liberation" is a joyful anthem that speaks to Long's deep-rooted commitment to center climate justice as a form of liberation theology. With this single-release party, Long aims to create a platform for dialogue and foster a sense of unity among those passionate about the environment and faith-based activism. 

The concert will feature Josh and his band, local artist Melting Virgo, and the UUCA Worship band and ensemble. A general ticket ($20) provides guests a chance to experience Long's musical talent and contribute to a deeper conversation about how local activism translates to the global restoration of our planet. VIP tickets ($40) include a cocktail hour, a Meet and Greet with Josh and the band, and a networking opportunity for local environmentalists to become more connected.
